Overview: Elevated represented the building owner from lease negotiations through project close-out.

Scope of Work: Management of the general contractor and preferred suppliers while providing continual information to the Building Owner.

Interior Improvements: The S&S project provided the opportunity to use traditional construction design with a pre-manufactured panel system which allowed the client to choose specific finishes and wall layouts.

The pre-manufactured panel system finishes could include marker boards, micro-printed photos to built-in fish tanks and televisions. This creative and new age design provides a unique environment.

With the panels built off-site, the installation time will be reduced significantly compared to the conventional framing & drywall construction. It also allows flexibility to move walls to reconfigure the workspace or potentially relocate the wall system at the end of the lease.
