Elevated Project Manager

Job Details

The Construction Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the successful management of the entire construction project from award to close-out. It is crucial the PM can establish and maintain client and subcontractor relationships for the benefit of the project. The PM must delegate tasks to the Project Engineer as well as provide clear communication with all team members. Understanding job costing, cost controls, appropriate schedules, and the agility to find solutions to complex situations is vital. The keys to success for this role are executing projects with open communication and the determination to go above and beyond for client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

Requires Bachelor’s degree or 3 to 5 years’ experience required in architecture, construction management or related field. Has a strong understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures for commercial construction.

Equipment/ Software Used

Laptop with MS Suite (Word, Excel, Email), ProCore CM Software, Audio-Visual presentation equipment, multipurpose copiers and other office equipment. Smart phone devices.

Elevated Project Engineer

Job Details

The primary function of the Construction Project Engineer (PE) is to directly support the Project Manager in all areas of the construction project. The PE assists in creating contracts, general construction documents and possess the ability to review blueprints to help the PM to maintain the schedule and budget. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to multitask while staying organized and be extremely detail oriented. Communications, forecasting, and backward managing the PM are the keys to the PE's success.

Qualifications and Skills

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and/or 1-5 years of experience in related area. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures for commercial construction.

Job Details

The primary function of the Site Superintendent is to ensure the successful completion of the awarded project while on the actual job site. The Superintendent is the ‘eyes and ears’ of the field to accurately report work progress to the internal team members while driving subcontractors for high quality and timely results.

Qualifications and Skills

Maintain emotional control under stress. Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with Clients, Subcontractors, Elevated Construction Senior Management and Staff. Use available resources to define issues and solve problems. Occasional prolonged and irregular hours. Will spend long duration driving between job sites, walking job sites and will use office equipment and computers.

Equipment/ Software Used

Laptop (Surface Pro) with ProCore and MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook Email). Multipurpose copier and other office equipment. Smartphone provided.

Job Details

The primary function for the Estimating Manager is to complete tasks necessary to identify bidding opportunities, manage the available information and ultimately provide a complete and thorough estimate of all new requests. This crucial management role must produce accurate owner proposals for new projects, guide the Project Coordinator to ensure multiple and timely subcontractor bids, assist with profitability on project costs and to meet or exceed the Estimating Department goals regarding bid-win ratio.

Qualifications and Skills

10-15 Years of experience in the Project Management, Estimating, or associated field. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Associated field. Demonstrates the ability to create and maintain basic spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel as well as proficiency with Microsoft Suite. Proven record of successful bid-win ratio. Construction industry knowledge. Drive and passion to contribute to a growing and thriving organization.
